Pricing & Availability

All product prices shown are in £sterling including VAT at the current UK rate and exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. Although we will try to ensure all stock is available at all times, if an item is not available once ordered and paid for, we will contact you to either credit the amount or despatch when stock is available. No additional delivery charge will apply for items which show on the website as available and are ordered and paid for, but are subsequently out of stock at time of despatch. If you wish the whole order to be delayed until all items are in stock the standard delivery charge will apply.

 

Order Payment

Payment online can be made using PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Delta or Maestro/Switch. Payment will be debited to your account before despatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Chelsie Cosmetics.

 

Order Confirmation

Your order must be sent to the same country as your debit / credit card is billed to.

You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with Chelsie Cosmetics. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale

 

UK Returns and Faulty Goods

If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please email us within 3 working days of receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item to the address details that will be advised by return email. In such cases we will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further postage charge. Please note returns will NOT be accepted as damaged or faulty if, on inspection, the product appears to be whole other than the tamper proof element. For unwanted goods please see below under cancellation of orders.

 

International Returns

Customers outside of the UK must follow the instructions below along with our standard returns procedure.

To help us deal with your return to us quickly and efficiently please email us at sales@chelsiecosmetics.com and we will confirm the details required. All returned goods MUST be marked as RETURNED GOODS – FAILED SALE. This must be clearly marked on the customs information document ( CN22 and/ or CN 23) on the outside of the packaging. Failure to do so may result in the goods being refused at customs in the UK and so being returned to the sender.

 

The address to send returned goods will be advised by email.

 

Cancellation of Orders or unwanted goods

Orders are normally dispatched to you within 2 working days of receipt by us. If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by email. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge, this will be confirmed to you by email.

 

If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply :-

 

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. When you receive your order, you have a "cooling off period" of 7 days to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from us to the address above. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us.

 

You must contact us by email to confirm which items are being returned and the expected cost of return. You will be requested to return the goods (we recommend you get Proof of Posting). Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address that will be advised, with a note of your details and the reason for return. Refunds, for the products returned only, will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. The original delivery charges will be refunded.

 

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

 

 

Credit & Debit Card Payments

We allow you to purchase services from us by credit card. To ensure absolute security and privacy, we entrust credit card transactions to WorldPay, one of the worlds leading credit card payment solutions providers. Customers may supply credit card numbers by other means, and the transactions will be handled by WorldPay Ltd. Your credit card details will not be retained by us following the transaction.

 

When you sign up for an account all details collected are kept private and confidential.

 

Security

Personal and credit card details are sent to us using secure Internet Technology provided by Thawte. This provides a secure link between your computer and our site when transferring personal and payment information. We take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from

 

Competition Rules

1. Only entries on the official Chelsie Cosmetics form will be accepted. Photographs should be attached and should be no more than 2Mb. The photographs should show the eye and face area to give a clear view of the make up look achieved.

2. All photographs will be checked for content prior to uploading onto the site.

3. All make-up used in the image should be Chelsie Cosmetics products purchased and the photo/entry will be void if not.

4. You must be at least 16 years old to enter.

5. By entering the competition you are confirming this is your image and our permission to use the image supplied to Chelsie Cosmetics. All appropriate images will be put on the Chelsie Cosmetics competition page with an opportunity to vote on each image.

6.Only those who have a registered as a member will be able to vote.

7. Only when 5 or more entries are received will the voting be declared open. Once this number is reached and the competition is open, votes will be counted and the top 5 results, with the winning images, will be published on the competition page on the following dates. 31^st March; 31^st July and 30^th November of each year the competition is open.

8. Images received after these dates will be uploaded for inclusion in the next available competition.

9. A voucher to the value of £50 will be awarded to the winner to be spent on Chelsie Cosmetics products.  No cash alternative will be available.

10. You can only have 1 winning image each year, but you may enter again in subsequent years.
